Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore we make every effort to meet and exceed your expectations. We realize not every product will fit every individuals needs that is why we ask that you read the description of the product or service prior to purchase, if you need help with or clarification of or have questions prior to purchase please contact the owner for further assistance.
Returns of physical products will be available within 60 days of purchase for full purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee which will be calculated and finalized after the product is received back in office. Returns are not given on digital or downloadable products. Please see Refunds for additional information.
Refunds:
We sincerely hope you enjoy our products and services that is why we make every effort to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have given your best to a program or service you have purchased and feel it is just not working for you after 60 days a refund will be given. Please let us know what the issue is with the product or service you are returning so that we are able to better serve future clients.
Refunds for digital or downloadable products or services will only be given as a 'Gift Certificate' for use of future products or services via this site and its corresponding sites.
