So, when you hear people speak of their Higher Self, this is the Soul-Self that is being referred to. The Spirit-Self stays in Spirit and you can consult your Higher Self at any time. This is because while you are here in the Physical Plane your Soul-Self and Spirit-Self will always maintain an energetic connection or tether to each other ๐

When we transition back to Spirit our Soul-Self & Spirit-Self ReUnite or ReJoin back into a single entity. Much like how we are one Energetic Body but we have multiple Chakras within that single body. But unlike our Chakras both are active BE-ings. They can operate seperately, but continue to stay in contact. In this way we observe a true Twin Flame occurance. Thus we can experience this same ReUniting even while here in the Earth Realm ๐
